Parties & Events on your Stand

The Organisers must be informed of any event taking place within the boundaries of an exhibitor’s stand, including but not limited to parties, drinks receptions, happy hours, and press conferences. Exhibitors wishing to host such activities are required to complete the Stand Event Form in advance.

Please note that all stand events must take place only during the official opening hours of the hall in which the stand is located, and must comply with the applicable regulations, including but not limited to: noise control, capacity and crowd management, and the Alcohol & Drugs Policy. Any exhibitor found to be hosting an event without the necessary approval, or in breach of the Event Rules & Regulations, may be required to cease the activity immediately. All costs arising from the cancellation of such an event will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
