All suppliers are able to provide a customised menu including extensive vegetarian and vegan offerings, all specially packaged. Order Items
Request for services must be made before the deadline date. Any orders placed after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If specific items are not available an alternative will be provided
- Requests for new items must be made before 17:00 on the day prior to rendering the service
- Under no account shall services be supplied if the invoices issued by the catering suppliers have not been paid
- For new onsite orders, some food items may be unavailable. If specific items are not available an alternative will be provided
- All prices offered do not include VAT
- Each company will accept various methods of payment, please check the e-commerce systems for more details
- Machinery will be delivered the day before the event begins, during daytime hours. If you require a specific two-hour time slot, please contact your chosen catering provider to arrange the delivery
- The service times for standard catering are as follows:

Once the catering products requested have been delivered and the order has been signed for, items may not be returned or exchanged
Cancellation terms are specific to each supplier’s policy, please check the e-commerce systems for more details
All official catering companies are third party suppliers. GSMA shall have no liability for payment, and the service requested will be directly provided by, invoiced by, and payable to, the catering companies. The rates at which the services will be invoiced and any applicable catering company terms of service shall be notified to the Company for agreement prior to any order being concluded.
