Drones or Remote Controlled Flying Objects
To ensure the safety and privacy of all participants, drones or any other type of remote-controlled flying device are strictly prohibited within the venue unless prior written permission has been granted by the Organiser, along with valid insurance coverage.
Any drone intended to be flown at the event—whether for demonstration or any other purpose —must be operated within a secure enclosure (drone cage).This measure is mandatory to ensure the safety of drone operators, surrounding individuals, and all attendees. The enclosure must:
- Be constructed from durable materials such as netting, wire mesh, glass, or similar materials.
- Be structurally sound and secure enough to fully contain the drone in the event of a malfunction or lose of control.
- Be designed to prevent any potential any risk of injury or damage to people or property outside the cage.

Double Deck Power
If you are building a Double Deck Stand and require electricity on the upper level please contact Servifira in order to make sure that the cables reach up to the required location.
UPS Availability
A limited number of UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are available from Servifira to protect your equipment in the event of a temporary power cut, please contact Servifira for more information and prices.
24h Power Setup
Orders of additional power will be installed with a separate switchboard. Hence, if you need a 24-hour power supply you will have two different switchboards. Each switchboard will be clearly labelled to distinguish between daytime and 24h supplies.
Board Location Required
It is compulsory for any additional switchboards ordered to show a location in the online plan provided during the ordering process.
Freely flying drones are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
If your drone activity involves filming or photography, please refer to and comply with the event' Photography & Filming Regulation.
Any exhibitor wishing to bring a drone or remote-controlled device into the venue must complete and submit the Drone Application Form. All applications, along with the required supporting documentation, must be submitted at least two months prior to the event for approval. Click here to download the Drone Application Form.
