Onsite Exhibitor Support
The GSMA and Fira Barcelona have been using for the past few years a digital support system for exhibitors and contractors at MWC. This system has improved how we manage exhibitor and contractor needs, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the Exhibitor Service Desk, streamlining processes, and making everything more efficient.
Here is how it works
During the build-up period, exhibitors and contractors must place orders for new products and services through the Fira Store. For MWC Fira store click here

Double Deck Power
If you are building a Double Deck Stand and require electricity on the upper level please contact Servifira in order to make sure that the cables reach up to the required location.
UPS Availability
A limited number of UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are available from Servifira to protect your equipment in the event of a temporary power cut, please contact Servifira for more information and prices.
24h Power Setup
Orders of additional power will be installed with a separate switchboard. Hence, if you need a 24-hour power supply you will have two different switchboards. Each switchboard will be clearly labelled to distinguish between daytime and 24h supplies.
Board Location Required
It is compulsory for any additional switchboards ordered to show a location in the online plan provided during the ordering process.
From 17 February until 11 March 2025, exhibitors can access remote support through the Virtual Exhibitor Care website, which offers several convenient channels to report incidents or submit late work requests. For the VEC website click here (live from 17 Feb 2025)
