Public Registration System

The Public Registration System is used by all attendees to complete their registrations. Paid and invited attendees will need to complete all steps themselves, whereas attendees uploaded via the Client Portal using the single or bulk upload tool, will only be required to add in some additional personal information and submit their ID and photo for their identity check.

Client Portal


The Client Portal (formerly known as Exhibitor & Partner Registration System) is used by those with a complimentary allocation of passes to register their visitors and staff.

Double Deck Power

If you are building a Double Deck Stand and require electricity on the upper level please contact Servifira in order to make sure that the cables reach up to the required location.

UPS Availability

A limited number of UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are available from Servifira to protect your equipment in the event of a temporary power cut, please contact Servifira for more information and prices.

24h Power Setup

Orders of additional power will be installed with a separate switchboard. Hence, if you need a 24-hour power supply you will have two different switchboards. Each switchboard will be clearly labelled to distinguish between daytime and 24h supplies.

Board Location Required

It is compulsory for any additional switchboards ordered to show a location in the online plan provided during the ordering process.

All Registration Coordinators will receive an email with instructions on how to log into their Client Portal account. Once logged in, your complimentary pass allocation will be clearly displayed on the Dashboard.

If you're sharing responsibilities, you can easily add a colleague as a coordinator by clicking the ‘Add Coordinator’ button in the Account Management section. To change the main Registration Coordinator, go to the ‘Need to Know’ section at the top of the page, then select ‘Additional Contacts and Registration Coordinator’.

3 Managing Coordinators

If you're sharing responsibilities, you can easily add a colleague as a coordinator by clicking the ‘Add Coordinator’ button in the Account Management section. To change the main Registration Coordinator, go to the ‘Need to Know’ section at the top of the page, then select ‘Additional Contacts and Registration Coordinator’.

Extended Hours

Extended Hours Access allows entry to the venue during: 

  • Build-up and dismantling periods
  • Earlier and later hours on event open days

Validity

Managing Extended Hours

You can view which pass types include Extended Hours by default in your Client Portal. If you need to add Extended Hours to an Exhibition Pass, you can do so directly in your Client Portal. The pass will update automatically.
