VIP Car Drop-off Point
The VIP Car Drop-off Point is is exclusively designated for:
(max. 9 passengers)
This area is exclusively reserved for the convenient drop off of MWC25 Barcelona high-profile attendees, including CEOs and C-level executives (VIPs).
Our priority is to provide a seamless and efficient experience for all VIPs utilizing this designated area. We aim to maintain smooth traffic flow both around the MWC venue and within the dedicated VIP Car Drop-off Point and Car Park E.

Double Deck Power
If you are building a Double Deck Stand and require electricity on the upper level please contact Servifira in order to make sure that the cables reach up to the required location.
UPS Availability
A limited number of UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are available from Servifira to protect your equipment in the event of a temporary power cut, please contact Servifira for more information and prices.
24h Power Setup
Orders of additional power will be installed with a separate switchboard. Hence, if you need a 24-hour power supply you will have two different switchboards. Each switchboard will be clearly labelled to distinguish between daytime and 24h supplies.
Board Location Required
It is compulsory for any additional switchboards ordered to show a location in the online plan provided during the ordering process.
Access Policy
To ensure an exclusive and efficient experience for our VIP attendees, exhibitors can request complimentary car stickers until Monday, February 24, 2025. The number of stickers allocated to each exhibitor will be determined based on their show floor space and may be subject to limitations due to the capacity of the VIP Car Drop-off Point. Car stickers are intended for use by vehicles transporting VIP attendees who require a high level of service. We kindly request that exhibitors use these stickers responsibly to maintain the exclusivity of this area and enhance the overall VIP experience.

Drop off: Keep to the left lane for immediate passenger drop off.
Waiting Area: Utilize the right lane to access the designated holding area while awaiting clients.
