Digital Contractor Pass
The Digital Contractor Pass is a free and efficient way for all contractors and drivers to be pre-registered and fully validated before arriving at the venue. This ensures a faster, smoother entry process with minimal delays.
We understand that haulage companies may not always know in advance which drivers will be delivering cargo. In this case, we recommend:
- Pre-registering a pool of likely drivers through the Service Provider system, so any of them can be validated in advance.
- There is no limit to how many drivers can be registered this way.
- This ensures that whichever driver arrives can access the venue on schedule without unnecessary hold-ups.

Double Deck Power
If you are building a Double Deck Stand and require electricity on the upper level please contact Servifira in order to make sure that the cables reach up to the required location.
UPS Availability
A limited number of UPS’s (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are available from Servifira to protect your equipment in the event of a temporary power cut, please contact Servifira for more information and prices.
24h Power Setup
Orders of additional power will be installed with a separate switchboard. Hence, if you need a 24-hour power supply you will have two different switchboards. Each switchboard will be clearly labelled to distinguish between daytime and 24h supplies.
Board Location Required
It is compulsory for any additional switchboards ordered to show a location in the online plan provided during the ordering process.
- Exhibitor contractors can register drivers either individually or in bulk through their Service Provider account.
- Alternatively, RESA can set up haulage companies with their own Service Provider accounts, allowing them to bulk register drivers directly.

- Drivers who arrive without registration or who have xnot validated their Digital Contractor Pass will receive onsite assistance.
- However, this process will be slower and may incur additional costs.
Ensure all contractors and drivers are registered in advance for a smooth experience.

Barcelona Low Emission Zone
The Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB), including Fira Barcelona venues, is part of a Low Emission Zone (ZBE).
All non-Spanish vehicles entering this zone must apply for a permit.
Permit Types & Requirements
- Vehicles entering the ZBE without a valid permit will be identified by cameras and may incur penalty fines.
- Plan ahead: Apply well in advance to avoid delays and extra costs.

PRE-SHOW DAY Sunday 2 March - No vehicle movement
To ensure a safe working environment before the event opens, no vehicle movement or work at height is allowed on Sunday 2 March. This rule is in place due to the high number of exhibitor staff expected in the halls on that day.
