Rules & regulations

Exhibits, devices, or any on-stand activity that emit smells or fragrances must be operated and controlled in a manner that does not cause discomfort or nuisance to other exhibitors, visitors, or staff. Any strong scents should be minimized or contained to avoid disturbance. The Organiser reserved the right to limit or suspend the activity, request immediate mitigation measures, or remove the source of the scent entirely.
